What data we process about members and enquirers, and how we handle it.

For members we process name, date of birth, address and contact details — for the association's records, competition entries and grant accounting. For enquirers we keep only what they fill in, and only until the enquiry is settled.
We don't share data with anyone beyond the Czech Tennis Association and grant providers, and only to the extent their rules require.
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data and to object to processing. Just e-mail the club.
